rude replacement slow beach service
the gardens at the resort were beautiful.
our assigned butler went missing mid-stay. his replacement seemed rude, a noticeable change from the initial service. beach service was also slow, and we often had to ask for basic things like opening the parasol.

Wonderful Beachfront Stay
comfortable room outdoor area cold drinks
The Beach House Ocean Room was fabulous. It was very comfortable. I enjoyed the outdoor area where I saw peacocks. The beach was excellent. The staff offered cold drinks and ice cream.
The sundowner hours changed to 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. This time was very inconvenient. Few people are ready for dinner by 5 p.m. Guests emerged just before the cutoff to get drinks.

our butler, ashis, delivered excellent service. he fulfilled our needs efficiently. the team consistently ensured the room was fresh, providing daily fruit and flowers.

the hotel is situated conveniently (yet it feels peacefully secluded). it allowed easy access to nearby attractions while offering a quiet escape. the abra boats provided a magical means of transport around the resort.

the resort features multiple amazing restaurants. i especially liked iliana with its trendy rooftop bar. the resort includes a traditional arabian-style souk. the beautiful gardens have diverse trees and waterways.

the butler team of villa 3 (ashis, rhoneza, dinesh, and saidur) was wonderful. they delivered fresh fruit daily and ensured our needs were met. staff provided warm service and local recommendations.

dyson hairdryer quick luggage handling villa courtyard
the room had a dyson supersonic(TM) hair dryer. mr saleem from porterage handled my luggage quickly. each villa has a courtyard with a fountain..
Beach service had issues. I frequently had to chase for items and ask for the parasol to be opened. i didn't want to sit under the blazing hot july sun.

opulent room meticulous design high standards
My opulent room featured meticulous design and thoughtful furnishings. The comfortable bed ensured restful nights after my adventures. Housekeeping maintained high standards , they were consistently attentive. I appreciated the team's warmth and genuine helpfulness, they elevated my experience.
The beach service occasionally faltered. I sometimes needed to request service for items, and also to have the parasol opened. The weather was sunny and I did not want to sit under the hot sky.
